Any returns for faulty or defective products must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
We will not exchange any item due to a change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
Please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases. Every product we sell is tested with the batteries provided before it leaves our warehouse to minimise any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.
Diamond Door Online will not be responsible for return postage of products but in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department and we send a replacement; postage will be at our expense.
