Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds or returns for any products purchased.
Any returns for faulty or defective products must be made within 14 days of purchase by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
We will not exchange any item due to a change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use.
Please be sure to purchase new batteries as this is the cause of the problem in most cases. Every toy product we sell is tested with the batteries provided before it leaves our warehouse to minimise any inconvenience caused with faulty goods.
Diamond Door Online will not be responsible for return postage of products but in the case of items deemed faulty by our Quality Control Department and we send a replacement; postage will be at our expense.
Exchanging Your Garments
In the event that an item is returned for an exchange or credit there is a few conditions that we ask you to adhere to:
- The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels or swing tags are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)*
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.
In the event that an item is returned please ensure that the following procedure is adopted,
- The garment needs to be packed into a plastic bag, or on a hanger.
- A copy of the original invoice needs to accompany the returned stock
- A note/letter need to accompany the returned stock explaining any problems/faults with the items, the reason for the return and what you would like to do with the returned item i.e. replace, exchange or refund.
Please note, when purchasing pantyhose or stockings we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This is due to health reasons and cannot be changed.
*Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom.
We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
Please note that all refunds are normally processed every 7 days. In the event that an item is in urgent need of replacement please email email@example.com to arrange this.
